Yes—most techniques and warm oil massages are safe during breastfeeding. Therapists use lactation-safe herbs and avoid internal medicines without medical approval. We tailor treatments to comfort, watch for allergic reactions, and coordinate with your pediatrician or obstetrician when needed.

A course of 8–12 sessions over four to eight weeks is commonly recommended for meaningful toning and pain relief. Individual needs vary; our therapists assess your recovery and may suggest fewer or ongoing monthly maintenance sessions plus home self-care practices for best outcomes.

Expect a gentle intake, warm oil applications, therapeutic abdominal and back massages, and restorative poultices tailored to postpartum needs. Sessions last 60–90 minutes and include guidance for home care. Mild soreness or warmth is normal, usually followed by relaxation and improved mobility.

Most clients experience only mild, short-lived effects such as temporary soreness, increased oiliness, or light detoxification symptoms.
