Dr. Nair is an experienced and insightful doctor. She is quickly able to pinpoint the main issues. I took her treatment with 21 days of pajchskarma therapy.
Dr..Malavika was in charge of my panchakarma therapy. Malavika is a wonderful young doctor with excellent bedside manners, her warmth and genuine concern and passion to help clients feel better really help in building a wonderful rapport . I have been seeing Dr Ambika for more than a decade now. Her advice, therapy and Ayurvedic medicine recommendations are highly effective and without the downside of side effects of western medicine. When my 9 month old had a bad case of eczema, we went to numerous dermatologists but other than steroid ointment no solution was given , I searched for and saw Dr Ambika after which my daughter started seeing improvement within 3 days. Ayurveda may seem pricey at the outset but you avoid mental anguish and costs later down the road. Dr. Nair is highly skilled and knowledgeable as well as deeply caring. This is a rare and beautiful combination.

She has helped me with acute and chronic acid reflux. When I started seeing her, my condition was at an 8 or 9 (out of 10). And since meeting with her, I am very much improved. I used to get acid reflux every day. Now, if I do get it, it is very mild and the times are few and far between. Since this has been a lifelong condition, I am very grateful for this relief.

I am amazed with my experience at Santhigram. Dr. Ambika Nair is extremely knowledgeable and truly gifted. She knew exactly what needed to be done to improve my health without me even having to tell her. As per her recommendation, I did a 14-day therapy treatment at Santhigram with Dr. Saranya. I was a little nervous at first, but Dr. Saranya helped me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. The therapy was great and very effective. By the end, I felt relaxed and any body pain that I had before the treatment was gone. She greatly improved my back posture and spine positioning, which helped to relieve my neck and back pain. Dr. Saranya even went above and beyond by giving me health and lifestyle tips on what I can do at home during and after the treatment to get the most benefit out of it and stay healthy. My experience with Santhigram was amazing! I’m so happy I stumbled upon this establishment through google. Dr Nair is truly gifted, she knew exactly what I needed. Granted everyone’s experience will be different, but within 2 days I started feeling relief and noticing changes in my health. I recommended her to 4 other family members and they had similar experiences.

If you have the time and can afford it, the panchakarma treatment is a game changer, I really felt reset and detoxed—I felt calmer, more grounded, more focused and did not have an affinity for junk food items. This just touches on what panchakarma is meant to do, but It’s true that when the body is balanced, your desires do change. Additionally it was comforting knowing each therapist was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in ancient Ayurvedic techniques—which is super important to me. My therapist, Reeja was phenomenal
